Arriving on time is great! There is no need to arrive early as consideration has been given to the amount of time your individual appt will require whether new or returning.

Pfrimmer Therapy works all muscles of the body- it's part of what makes the therapy unique and what clients appreciate about it! Therefore we ask you to undress leaving underwear on and carefully drape you to keep you warm and covered. Raindrop Therapy addresses the feet, spine and neck - therefore we ask you to undress to the waist. That said, my first priority is for you to feel comfortable with whatever you choose. If you have any concerns please contact me - I have many ways I'm able to adapt for individual needs.

Due to the length of a full body Pfrimmer this is not uncommon. We have a bathroom attached to our therapy room and offer a robe for your use to stay warm. Simply let me know and I'll step out of the room until you are settled comfortably back on the table.

Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy has the ability to reach deep layers of muscle without using painful pressure. Often clients experience a "good hurt" when working with a specific tight muscle, this type of pressure can aid in releasing the adhesions, but is never required and easily adapted to your preferences.

As a result it's recommended to recieve pfrimmer every 4wks for optimal maintenance and more often if working through a specific condition.
